Speculative Science Speculative Science sometimes gets a bad rap, but people should remember that Einstein's assorted theories were based only upon his personal speculations, after generating what he described as "Thought Experiments." Speculation has serious flaws, because it does not follow the Scientific Method. However, Speculation may yield useful theories which can later be submitted to the Scientific Process. Speculative Science is a form of Soft Science.
