Meta means "Beyond" and Physics is of course Physics.
For the purposes of this Discussion, MetaPhysics means any Alternative Science or theories which start with one or more base axioms that are non-scientific in Nature. For instance, by inserting an Axiom to start that there is such a thing as non-local consciousness (Quantum Mechanics) And then adding another Axiom, That humans can in theory Access non-local Consciousness, one can come up with a _Metaphysical_ explanation for a variety of Phenomenon, including Telepathy, Remote Viewing, and Psychic Phenomenon.
Theres nothing wrong with doing this here, however, starting Axioms should be stated at the front of an argument, and a MetaPhysical Exploration should be honest and disambiguate itself from an Alternative Science Exploration.
